Hussain Sajwani eventually purchased a plot of land on the outskirts of Dubai and planned a 35 story luxurious residential building on it, which he managed to sell off in a period of just six months even before the construction works began.



Hussain Sajwani is known to have sharp business foresight and acumen, which helped him to project Damac Properties as one of the most luxurious residential and commercial property developers in the Middle East. The company was able to attract the rich and the wealthy not only from the United Arab Emirates but from across the globe. Hussain Sajwani is also a regular investor in the equity markets and has an extensive stock investment portfolio.
